We invite you to an extraordinary adventure, experiencing your own divinity through movement, authentic voice and Temple Arts, at Espacio Anayansi, between the sky and the Atlantic Ocean in the province of Cadiz in Southern Spain.

Through 5Rythm® dance, archaic improvised singing and cleansing our bodies with healing plants we will dig deep into the earth, root ourselves, to release our inner power, spreading our ethereal wings and recognising our own divine self.

In the blossoming of spring, following our body, we seek connection with our Soul, searching for and expanding the range of possibilities of expressing our true selves in what is now.

Let's explore through ceremony and the Temple Arts: How connected am I with my Soul? How does my body move me? What is my soul's voice like? How connected I am to nature?

By cleansing our body with plants and opening through movement and singing, inviting the healing breath, we create space for a meeting with our inner voice. We will learn and examine the relationship between the body and the voice.

We free our body and discover our unique inner Power.

This workshop is an invitation to everyone, regardless of age or experience!

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS:

AbbyDelSol has been working with archaic sounds, movement and singing for many years as tools to deepen Intuition, understanding and self-confidence in life Improvisation (Great Britain, Spain, Poland, Argentina and many South American countries). She grew up in a holistic family, dealing with natural therapies, building community of El Bolson in Patagonia (Argentina) www.toneoflife.com

Beata Eckert is a teacher of bodywork using the 5Rytms® method. She conducts workshops in Poland and abroad. For many years, she has been deepening various healing techniques, dance movement improvisation and meditation. She is a masseuse and instructor of Dance Improvisation, Body Symbolism and Experimental Dance Theatre. She takes part in various types of artistic projects. www.strefarytmow.pl

Africa Nieves is a genuine Andalusian Medicine Woman and alchemist working with medicinal herbs and the spirit of nature for the Cleansing and Blossoming of the energetic body. A specialist in natural gynaecology sharing the arts of herbalist and phytotherapy in a way which is accessible to everybody. For many years, Africa has been a Facilitator of women's retreats in nature, following the Year Medicine Wheel, in deep connection with the the cycles of nature through prayer and Temple Arts including Sweat Lodge....

Accommodation details:

This workshop will take place at Espacio Anayasin

Accommodation will be in shared rooms with up to 6 people

There is the option for 4 single ocupancy rooms at an additional cost of 45€ per night.

Food Allergies and Special Food Needs:

The Anayasin catering team will prepare delicious vegetarian meals with products from their own garden.  We try to accommodate to the best of our ability with special meal options. If you have allergies (such as allum allergies, or needs that exceed standard vegan fare) You must inform us when you book your space. We will also request you provide us with this information prior to your arrival so it can be taken into account by the catering team.

Arrivals and Departures:

Arrival at Espacio Anayasin between 3 and 5pm on Thursday 4th of April

Departure after lunch which will be at 13.30 - Rooms must be vacated by 11am

Our events are often small in setting, and we try to keep our prices and tuitions in alignment to create as much access as possible. That said:

All sales are final upon purchase. There are no cash refunds.

If you cannot attend an event, please notify us immediately, so we can offer your spot to someone on the waiting list. We can only honor this option up to one month prior to the start of the event. If we can offer it to someone on the waiting list, your full payments will be forwarded to a future training with us, valid within two years from the purchase date. If we cannot fill the space, we will forward 75% of the payment to a future training with us, valid within two years from the purchase date. Price changes, availability, and variabilities apply.

Should the event be cancelled due to acts of god (fire, flood) or sickness of facilitators, tuition will be refunded, less bank fees and administrative costs.
