By following the body, exploring our senses and sensuality, we will expand our range of expressions in what is. What is sensuality for me, how do I move, how do I hear her?
How are my senses moving?
By opening the body in motion, inviting a healing breath will allow you to meet inwardly. We will get to know the relationship between body and voice.
Through these particular methods, the nature that surrounds us will discover our uniqueness and inner power.
This workshop is an invitation for anyone regardless of age or experience.
Abby DelSol – has been practicing archaic sounds for many years, singing as instruments for deepening Intuition, understanding and self-confidence in life improvisation (Great Britain, Argentina and many countries in North America). She matured in a holistic family, dealing with natural therapies, building the community of the city of Elbolson in Patagonia (Argentina) www.toneoflife.com
Beata Eckert – teacher of work with the body of the 5Rythms® method. She conducts workshops in Poland and abroad. For many years she has deepened various techniques of healing, dance improvisation and meditation. She is a masseuse, and instructor of Dance Improvisation, Body Symbols and Experimental Dance Theater. He participates in various artistic projects www.strefarytmow.pl
