3 Day Sound Healing Workshop Kazakhstan

This three day workshop is dedicated to:

• Anyone who wants to experience the transformative power of sound

• Those who wish to learn how to play instruments and offer sound therapy sessions

• Practitioners who already work with sound and want to expand their offerings for clients

Over the course of three immersive days, you will learn how to play and combine gongs, bell plates, singing bowls, and crystal bowls, the instruments most commonly used in sound therapy. One of the most important aspects of this work is understanding how to blend instruments together during a session to create depth, harmony, and a truly therapeutic experience, and this will be a central focus of our time together.

We will also explore gentle practices to help open the voice and release tension from the body, allowing sound to move more freely through us. I will share some of my unique clay instruments and flutes that I personally use during sessions, offering you the opportunity to experience and work with them directly.

With over two decades of experience in sound healing, I have developed Sound Movement Meditations,  a method I will introduce during this workshop. These practices deepen the participant’s experience and elevate sound healing sessions to a new level of presence, embodiment, and transformation.

Our gathering takes place just after two powerful eclipses and the major Saturn–Neptune conjunction in Aries, a time that invites a profound reset of beliefs, foundations, and inner structures. It is a moment for new beginnings, both collectively and personally, and an opportunity to reconnect with our true essence and authentic path.
