Nestled into the hills of the Genal Valley in Malaga, Spain is the Tone of Life Centre. This residential and experiential space features a hall of gongs and instruments from across the globe, private treatment rooms for energy and bodywork, a yoga shala, and a therapy pool for Sound Massage.

MEM Yoga is the body, the seasons, and nature in commune. Learn to identify yourself in space, season, and movement. Classes are offered regularly, and are part of the Tone of Life curriculum for trainings, retreats, and immersions.
