Intensive Weekend Workshop
13 to 15 February 2026
Are you looking for new ways to integrate healing modalities into your work?
Do you want to offer something truly therapeutic that deepens your service?
Abby Del Sol invites you to an immersive weekend where you'll learn to confidently integrate therapeutic sound into your practice and teaching.
This workshop is not just theory. You'll leave with practical skills, hands-on experience, and the confidence to incorporate Sound Therapy immediately into your work.
Limited to 15 Participants
The Philosofy behind the Workshop
To be able to flow in everyday life whilst feeling grounded is our greatest goal... Sometimes we can, but sometimes we forget and then remember and begin again and again and again.
We work with the Sound of Nature and the Nature of Sound, nature informs how we create and perceive sound. Over the years, there have been multiple systems set up to unify sound, often in a Western context and understanding of hertz, and universal tunings to them. We rely on earlier and more primal origins of sound based in nature and the elements (air, fire, water, ether, earth.), and our direct relationship with it.
As you learn techniques, instrumentation, and how to play, we emphasise the experiential emergence of sound. We begin with movement and a return to our bodies alongside meditations to foster introspection, proprioception, and breath. This is where we can see and feel what needs to be brought into balance to centre us into our hearts.

About the Venue
We meet in the magical valley of El Bolsón, at Casa Isis, the first Holistic Centre in area founded in 1993 by Abby's mother, by Marie Delsol. It was she, together with her two daughters Abby and Anabel Delsol, who brought the legendary Gong Master Don Conreaux to Argentina for the first time in 2004. This natural paradise nestled amongst the majestic peaks of the Patagonian Andes is a powerful place where one of Argentina’s first alternative communities was established in the early 70's. A Mecca of sustainable living, community integration, healing arts and wild nature. This workshop is as much a community experience as it is an individual one.
"It is always an honor for me to return to my roots, where it all began, and to share the magic that changed my life."

How to get there:
El Bolson is a small town nestled in the heart of the Andes in the lake district of Southern Argentina.
The closest airport is San Carlos de Bariloche, which has connections from Buenos Aires, Chile and Brazil. From San Carlos de Bariloche it is a 2 hour bus ride to El Bolsón. Buses are regular and are direct from the airport to El Bolsón. We are happy to assist with transfer details.
Meet Your Teacher
Abby Del Sol is a pioneer of sound healing in South America. In 2005, she was the first person to bring Gong Sound Therapy to Argentina and the first yoga teacher to integrate live sound baths during savasana in yoga classes.
She met the legendary Don Conreaux in 2003, dedicating the next 10 years to learning with him while assisting him at events in Europe and South America.
Abby has dedicated more than 20 years to teaching Sound Therapy and over 15 years to yoga. She is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, Registered Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, and has trained hundreds of students internationally. Her approach integrates yoga, sound healing, and seasonal practices in a practical and accessible way.
The first Way of the Gong workshop in Argentina took place at Casa ISIS, organized by Abby, her sister Anabel and their mother Marie Delsol, founder of Casa ISIS and pioneer of complementary therapies in Argentina since the 1970s.
The two sisters are now custodians of this Complementary Therapy Center which, since its inauguration in the 1990s, continues to be a place of gathering, learning, and wellbeing.
**This Workshop counts as 25hours continued education with the International Yoga Alliance
