Sacred Sound Ceremony - London
Sometimes we experience life as a cacophony and it’s our dharma to take that cacophony, and find the inhale, the exhale, the tension and the release, and the expansion and contraction. Through sound and gentle encouragement, we remember all the natural processes to connect with ourselves.

The experience itself is about mindfulness, aimed to bring you into the present, without thought or judgment of the past or future. As well as the Gong, we play a wide variety of instruments including flutes, clay whistles, nature sounds, guitar and handpan to name a few. Connecting the listener through the breath with their body at this very moment. Bringing full awareness of feeling the physical and emotional. We believe that in order to release physical or emotional tension we need to be aware of it, know it, feel it and embrace it, accepting our past experiences and the feeling related to them. Living in this polarised world we are made of light and shadow, when we know both of these aspects of ourselves we are more able to stay in balance. Every dysfunction comes from extreme dualism where one side is denied or rejected. Our experience shows us that those able to embrace or understand the extreme, rejected or denied behaviour through this mindful practice, are able to bring balance and neutrality into their life. The natural consequence of this is the growth of empathy for self and society. On a very basic level, these practices help release stress and relax the body which alone is a great step to an easier life. On a deeper level increases inner strength, willpower and creativity.
