Sound Medicine Weekend Immersion

This will be a magical weekend of connection and Sound Medicine.

In this weekend, you will be offered a taste of our sound medicine, developed and refined as a result of 20 years of investigation and practice. The aim is to take you out of the daily hustle and bustle with sound healing tools and techniques which you can use for your own growth, development and healing and to complement any other therapeutic practice. 

These weekends begin and close with a a circle ceremony, and are full with sound baths, morning MEM yoga practice, and shared meals. This is more of a being retreat than a training, and a time for you to switch off and tune in to yourself.

During our time together, we build community in a way that will shift your paradigm on what is possible. What we wish for anyone who walks through the doors of our sound baths to experience will be experienced by us, first. You will learn to receive sound, embody it, and offer it back out.

Payment Details:

Tickets may be purchased in full, or secured with a non-refundable deposit, with final payment due prior to the event. We are happy to discuss this option with you. Please send us a note through our contact page to inquire, and include the dates of the event that you are planning to attend.

Accomodation Details:

Lodging is in apartment homes with 2-3 bedrooms each, with plenty of communal space. Each apartment has a kitchen and bathroom, and sitting room. For events in May thru September, we also have a four-bedroom house.

For those who need extra private accomodation,  we can help you with that, at additional fee starting at $40 euro/night)

There are shared bathrooms on each floor, each with a private shower and toilet. Bathrooms are shared with 4-6 people.

There are eight rooms based on double occupancy, and 4 double bed rooms for companion travelers (couples or friends) comfortable in one bed together.

Food Allergies and Special Food Needs: 

We try to accommodate to the best of our ability with vegetarian and vegan meal options. If you have further specific allergies (such as allum allergies, or needs that exceed standard vegan fare) we encourage you to supplement our offerings with your own food. There will be kitchen facilities available, as well as a market close by.

Arrivals and Departures:

Please arrive with enough time to be ready for an opening circle at 4:00pm on April 28 and arrange for departures after lunch on April 30th, or by 3:00pm.
