The "Power of Sound" retreat will offer an interactive and immersive experience that combines our unique practices. Participants will explore the incredible world of sound through:

• Sacred Sound Ceremony: You will be immersed in the vibrations of the Four Element series, as well as other powerful Tone of Life Gongs, moder & archaic instruments and sounds of nature. The experience is about mindfulness, aimed to bring you into the present, without thought or judgment of the past or future. It's an opportunity to connect the listener through the breath with their body and bring full awareness of feeling the physical and emotional.
