Women's Circle: The Season of Our Body

Let us join as we have for millennia, to honor the ebb and flow of season and life. This is how we surrender to the ebb and flow of life: through the cycles of nature, our thoughts and our feelings. Yes, they are all connected.

We will meet every other week for 90 minutes to connect, learn and practice seasonal asana sequences, meditations and philosophy, and simply hold space for each other. Limited to 12 participants, this is an intimate circle of women who are experiencing life transitions. We will address the transitions through the lense of practicing through internal seasons as well as the ebbs and flows of nature within them. It will look a little like this:

Let us remember our conection to nature, and continue to build upon the tools to support our life transitions by dropping into our body, observing our mind, and unveiling our heart's desire and awakening the Goddess within. We will explore asana, meditation, sacred temple arts, and have plenty of space to embody presence, and allow our wisdom to emerge.

For those who have been practicing or are just starting, his is also preparation for the deeper study of The Emergence, launching in September 2025. If you are curious about the year-long community-sustained experience, this is a beautiful way to begin.
