Dance and Song of My Soul with Abby Delsol & Beata Eckert

We invite you to an extraordinary adventure, experiencing yourself in motion using your voice. 

Through 5Rytmow® dance and archaic, improvised singing, we will dig deep into our being to release our powerful, ethereal and meditative voice.

Following the body, we will seek connection with our Soul, searching for and expanding the range of possibilities of expressing ourselves in what is. Let's explore - how connected am I with my Soul? How does it move me? how do I hear it? What is my soul's voice like? 

By opening the body through movement and singing, inviting healing breath, we will allow for a meeting with our inner voice. We will learn and examine the relationship between the body and the voice. We will free our body, discover our uniqueness and inner Power.

This workshop is an invitation to everyone, regardless of age or experience!
