Weekend Immersion, Gong & Sound Healing - Flowing with Autumn

For the past couple of decades, our life purpose has been to delivery yoga, movement and sound as a form of healing.  To us healing is simply self awareness, acceptance (even what we cannot accept), being present in everything we do and, amongst many other things sustaining a daily practice where we meet ourself exactly where we are in that moment without judgement, sit with it, dance with it, cry with it, breath with it… then we get on with it ;) flowing in the busyness of life with all it's ups and downs, like the waves of sound emanated by the Gong, like the waves of the ocean.

As we deepen our practice and offerings we have become increasingly aware of the need to nourish ourselves by receiving and surrendering into the very practices we offer to others.

It is with this in mind that we have put together this deep, immersive yet refreshing long weekend… FOR YOU!

We will not be teaching, we will be sharing some tools that have had a deep impact on our lives and help us be present through many of life's challenges, ups and downs.  Empowering us to make the right choices following our own soul purpose.

• Walks and forest bathing in the magical nature that surrounds this unique green paradise in the South of Spain
• Meridian Singing bowl massage

• Vocal activation - connecting with the power of your own sound
• Drumming circle with Sacred Tone Improvisation

And plenty of time to rest and reflect…

Accomodation Details:

Lodging is in apartment homes with 2-3 bedrooms each, with plenty of communal space. Each apartment has a kitchen and bathroom, and sitting room.

For those who need extra private accomodation,  we can help you with that, at additional fee starting at $40 euro/night)

There are eight rooms based on double occupancy, and 4 double bed rooms for companion travelers (couples or friends) comfortable in one bed together.

Food Allergies and Special Food Needs:

We try to accommodate to the best of our ability with vegetarian and vegan meal options. If you have further specific allergies (such as allum allergies, or needs that exceed standard vegan fare) we encourage you to supplement our offerings with your own food. There will be kitchen facilities available, as well as a market close by.

Here's what's not included:

Transportation to and from the event, ground transfers, taxis, and snacks

Supper on the 13th is not included, but there are plenty of options for nourishing local food closeby.

Arrivals and Departures:

We ask that participants arrive between 4 and 5pm on September 19th to be ready to meet at 6pm.

The workshop begins at 6pm on September 19th, and concludes at 3pm on September 22nd. We appreciate you arranging your travel and transports around this schedule.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALES:

Our events are often small in setting, and we try to keep our prices and tuitions in alignment to create as much access as possible. That said:

All sales are final upon purchase. There are no cash refunds.

If you cannot attend an event, please notify us immediately, so we can offer your spot to someone on the waiting list. We can only honor this option up to one month prior to the start of the event. If we can offer it to someone on the waiting list, your full payments will be forwarded to a future training with us, valid within two years from the purchase date. If we cannot fill the space, we will forward 75% of the payment to a future training with us, valid within two years from the purchase date. Price changes, availability, and variabilities apply.

Should the event be cancelled due to acts of god (fire, flood) or sickness of facilitators, tuition will be refunded, less bank fees and administrative costs.
