Personalised one to one Sound Therapy Training

A holistic approach to healing with sound, tailor made training and sound immersions at our Tone of Life retreat centre in Jubrique, Malaga

Would you like to have one to one “Gong and Sound Therapy Training” and “Nature Flow, MEM Yoga” with Tom and Abby?

We are currently offering Personalized Gong & Sound Therapy Training at our centre in Jubrique, Malaga.

The format of the workshop will be very much according to your specific needs, but to follow is a rough guide.

Arrival Day 1 between 3 and 5 pm.
Closing on Day 3 with Lunch at 13.30

We will offer you:
Two sound ceremonies
Two Nature Flow ‘MEM’ Yoga with Sound Bath
Introduction to sacred tone improvisation and a wide range of ethnic and modern instruments.

The rest of the workshop content depends on you. We like to work with questions and answers focused on your purpose and intention.

Topics such as:

Singing Bowl Massage including Singing Bowl massage in the water
Gong Playing techniques and application in individual and group Sound Bath
Correlation between emotions and dis-ease
Correlation between emotions and the physical body
Chanting, overtoning & application of the voice in Sound Therapy
Use of other instruments in Sound Bath

And much more….

The main thing we need to know is what is your purpose? What do you wish to get out of the workshop? (healing, to learn to offer sound healing, free your voice, learn to play the gong, learn to play other instruments, etc…)

In these new and crazy times we thought you may enjoy a personal touch. Tailor made one to one Gong Immersion weekends. Either for personal inner work or to learn how to offer sessions to others. In our beautiful space in Andalusia, Spain. (close to Malaga)

The cost of this personalized workshop, including food and accommodation is €2500 pp.

Impressions from our last personalized workshop:

It was pure chance that I found Tone of Life, and super grateful that we got to spend a private weekend with Abby & Tom. To be able to hear and experience their sacred sound ceremony is an experience of a lifetime. It is by far THE BEST sound bath session I have ever experienced in my life. It is out of this world and transcendental. It raised my expectations from attending sound baths, and to learn to differentiate the quality of sound sessions. I was expecting to learn basic gong techniques, but I took away much more. I learned that to be a great sound facilitator, it is not just about learning techniques, or memorising sequences, but to observe what each person needs that comes to you, and play from the heart. It is about giving them an experience to enter deeper into their own inner world through sounds, and face their truth within to work through what needs to be worked on. It’s not just for relaxation. Sounds can be life changing if one knows how to use it wisely. I enjoyed our private sessions as I got to ask a million questions and Abby & Tom were so gracious and candid in sharing their knowledge and experience. I am humbled in everyway to be in their presence to learn how to offer sound sessions in the way they do. I leave the workshop with deep gratitude and new insights in my heart, ready to offer sound experiences with these new insights and learnings. Of course, I too brought home one of a kind awesome wind instruments that creates powerful sonic experiences. The mountains of Jubrique has also captured my heart, and I longed to be back as soon as I left. Thank you Abby & Tom for this beautiful weekend together.
